Vellum Bindings

The books are bound in quarter vellum over black cloth, giving an elegant black and white appearance. This binding is based on Ian Fleming’s own design for a limited edition of his eleventh James Bond book, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, 1963.

There 100 sets are numbered 001 – 100

Other specifications include: - titles in red gold, gilt-edged pages, red silk head- and tailbands, red handmade embossed endpapers. Each book comes in a lined slipcase with black-foil blocking to rear. The set comes in a black presentation box stamped in gold with a goat’s head, the Fleming family crest.
